FilterClean LLC has developed a distinctive family of brand identities, educational characters, illustrations, and messaging to communicate the importance of conserving potable water, reducing landfill waste, and improving energy efficiency through responsible filtration maintenance.

These assets are valuable elements of FilterClean's brand identity and its mission to help Arizona save 2Billion gallons of potable water annually.

FilterClean LLC claims proprietary rights in its distinctive brand identifiers and original creative materials, including, as applicable:

Educational Characters and Villains

• Water Thief™ name and character design

• Landfill Villain™ and associated character artwork

• Energy Villain™ and associated character artwork

• Cost Villain™ and associated character artwork

These names and designs are identified as FilterClean brand assets. Trademark protection applies to the extent these identifiers function as trademarks or service marks and qualify for protection under applicable law.

Ownership and Rights

FilterClean LLC claims ownership of its trademarks and service marks and of original copyrighted material that it owns, including qualifying artwork, illustrations, written educational content, character designs, promotional materials, and related creative works.

The appearance of these materials on this website or in FilterClean publications does not grant permission for their unauthorized commercial reproduction, modification, redistribution, or use as another organization's brand identity.

Educational, Media, and Partner Use
